Teaching and Research Interests:

My teaching and research interests are primarily in the areas of mesoscale and radar meteorology as well as numerical modeling. A complete list of courses that I consistently teach is found on the menu to the left. Clicking on a link will take you to each course’s individual website.

I am very interested in using numerical models and observational data to investigate the environments in and around severe convective storms. I have particular interest in using high resolution numerical models to investigate vortices associated with quasi-linear convective systems.
